Did I understand well? That Evgeni and Camerlengo worked only for four hours???? I though Camerlengo was going to do a program for Evgeni, like he does with other skaters.

"Визу Камерленго дали в среду, в четверг он прилетел, - сообщил также Мишин. - Вчера мы уже работали два часа, сегодня еще будем работать два часа, а завтра он улетает. Все наше сотрудничество с Камерленго, таким образом, продлится четыре часа .. . Процесс идет интересно".

Ну, если Камерленго была заранее известна музыка, то, естественно, он приехал в Питер уже с готовыми наработками по хорео. А поставить хореографию такому профессионалу, как Женя, который схватывает всё на лету, много времени не займёт. И, я думаю, их сотрудничество не ограничится только этими четырьмя часами

I'm very deeply disappointed. I don't hide my mind. What is 4 hours two days? Why?

New programs will be like the work with Lambiel? (I mean, 90% David, 10% Camerlengo.........)
Zhenya needed only the name of Pasquale????

I hope Zhenya will fly to Detroito or Camerlengo will come to Russia again

I have no word. Just sad.


Plus, this news messed up my heart. Gachinski and Liza will go to Canada to work with David Wilson. Probably they will work with one of world's leading choreographers more closely&longer than Zhenya & Camerlengo..... I hoped it would happen on Zhenya.

so, after all, how long they work? 2+2+4=8 hours? I had read that Camerlengo choreographs for 10 days....

It's discouraging to think of all the work with Camerlengo.

Plushenko’s Coach Pulls Strings for Choreographer

Seven-time European champion Yevgeny Plushenko’s coach Alexei Mishin made a personal appeal to the Russian authorities to secure a Russian visa for the figure skating star’s new choreographer, Mishin told RIA Novosti on Friday.

The choreographer, four-time Italian champion skater Pasquale Camerlengo, was originally refused a visa with an invitation from the Russian Skating Federation, but Mishin’s intervention led to him receiving a visa in minutes, he said.

"I wrote a personal letter to the Russian consul. I asked him to give Camerlengo the visa and let him work with my pupil, because it would strengthen the friendship between our countries and contribute to the Olympic Games preparations,” Mishin said.

“After that letter Camerlengo was given the visa in 15 minutes and the following day flew to Moscow."

Camerlengo and Plushenko started work Thursday on a new program for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Russia, Mishin said.

"We were working for two hours yesterday. Today we are going to spend together two hours more and after that Camerlengo will return to Italy. We find the whole process very exciting."

The Italian will script half of Plushenko’s Olympic performance, but Mishin did not specify whether this would be the short or free program.

Plushenko, 29, won three Olympic medals, three world titles and seven European titles, in a career punctuated by two lengthy breaks from skating.

He returned to the sport in late 2011 after a period away due to injuries and suspension, and has since won gold at the 2012 European championships and Russian national championships. Pluschenko decided to miss the world championships in Nice in March, opting to have much-needed surgery on his knee instead.

Camerlengo has worked with many of the sport’s top names, including leading skaters Daisuke Takahashi and Michal Brezina.

Your word could offer me relief IF this happened on other skater. But this is zhenya We knew how he worked so far

I think they still have plenty of time: Plushy will go to Italy for show and training camp. They can catch up there.

Do not underestimate Plushy's determination of winning. He will do whatever in his power to make it (winning) happen. We should keep our faith in him and do not let those idiotic comments from NA's forums misled you. Plushy is not just about jumps and arm waving, he is an artist and skates his program with his soul.

Besides, Plushy is a great Champion and professionals, he knows more in figure skating than us and those haters.
