It reminds me of Evgeni's childhood. Kids are sometimes cruel. They are like wild animals :plush35: Of course, bullying is always occurring all around the world, in Russia, Canada, Japan, everywhere. And, we can say it's a miniaturized version of adult society. However, bullies should be judged by law :ze_le_ny:

Poor child :ny_tik: ... just imagine how is to the children in less "civilized" countries.... :plush44:

... but violence is everywhere overwhelmed - country toward country, people toward people... :plush35:

Stéphane Lambiel:

I am sorry to announce that I will miss this year's edition of Art on Ice Shanghai. I underwent a series of medical tests this week which led to the identification of a minor vascular problem in an eye. With a few weeks of rest, I should be able to keep the rest of my schedule unchanged. I sincerely apologize to the audience of the shows in Shanghai, and hope to meet them again next year. Thank you all for your support.

2012 ISU Congress Proposes More of the Same
by George Rossano

(28 May 2012) When the ISU Congress meets in Kuala Lumpur starting June 8th, two issues will be taken up that will affect the future of the ISU for years to come. The first of these is a proposal to delay the election of officers, currently set for 2014, to 2016. The second involves various proposals to change the format of congresses in non-Olympic years, and there is also a proposal from France to add a conference between congresses in odd numbered years.....
